Coping with Change – Course for individuals going through change at work

Objective of this course-to equip you with the skills and knowledge to enable to successfully deal with change

Topics include:

  • Why do organisations make changes and what happens if they don’t
  • The Change Curve
  • Where am I now analysis
  • Moving forward from here
  • What other options might there be.
